Orders and delivery
How do you deliver?
PUDO locker to locker anywhere in South Africa for R60 – free on orders over R500. Type your nearest PUDO locker at checkout and you’ll get an SMS with a PIN when your parcel is ready. You can also collect free in Johannesburg by arrangement.
How quickly do you ship?
Within two working days of payment. Delivery time after that is set by PUDO.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout through Yoco. We never see or store your card details.
How are cards packed?
Every single is sleeved and packed flat so it can’t bend. Sealed product ships in its original packaging.
Can I return something?
Yes – you can cancel within 7 days of receiving your order, and anything damaged or wrong is replaced or refunded. Full details in our terms & returns.
Cards
Are the cards genuine?
Yes. Every card is genuine Topps – from packs we open ourselves and collections we buy – and every one is checked before it’s listed.
What condition are singles in?
Pack-fresh unless the listing says otherwise. Cards are stored sleeved and photographed so you see what you get.
Why can’t I buy more than a few rare cards?
To keep rare cards with collectors rather than resellers we apply fair-play limits: up to 2 of the same rare card per 12 months and up to 10 rare cards per 30 days. Rare cards need an account to buy.
Is it cheaper to buy a full set?
Yes – our team and insert sets cost less than buying the same cards as singles.
Do you sell other years?
We focus on Turbo Attax 2026 right now. 2024 and 2025 cards can be traded on the Trade Hub, and Topps Chrome F1 is coming soon.
Trading and selling
How does the Trade Hub work?
List your doubles and wants, match with other collectors and trade directly – or use Apex escrow, where both sides send to us and we check the cards before sending them on. Go to the Trade Hub.
Will you buy my cards?
Yes – for cash or store credit. See Sell to us or email trade@apexcards.co.za.
Pit Wall
What is Pit Wall?
A free card game on our site. Win duels to earn Apex Points – 250 points = R10 store credit. Points unlock once you’ve spent R500 with us. Full rules.
