Giveaway Terms – Apex Cards

Period: Opens Wednesday 28 October 2026 at 12:30 and closes Monday 9 November 2026 at 20:00 (South African time). Late entries are not counted.

Who can enter: South African residents only. Entrants under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian, who will be asked to confirm before the prize is sent. Apex Cards’ owner, staff and their immediate families may not enter.

How to enter: On Instagram, follow @apexcardsza, like the giveaway post and comment your favourite F1 driver. Tagging a friend in a comment earns one extra entry per comment. On Facebook, like the Apex Cards page, like the giveaway post and comment your favourite F1 driver. Entry is free and no purchase is needed.

Prize: One (1) sealed Topps F1 Turbo Attax 2026 Mega Tin (retail value R399.90). Tin design at Apex Cards’ choice. The prize is not exchangeable for cash. Delivery to a PUDO locker anywhere in South Africa is free.

Draw: One winner is drawn at random from all valid entries across Instagram and Facebook on Tuesday 10 November 2026. The winner is contacted by direct message and tagged in the comments. If the winner does not reply within 72 hours, a new winner is drawn.

Fair play: Fake, duplicate or giveaway-only accounts, and entries that break these terms, are disqualified. Apex Cards’ decision on the draw is final.

Privacy: Winner details are used only to deliver the prize, in line with our Privacy Policy (POPIA).

Meta: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. Entrants release Meta from any liability.

This promotion is run in line with section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Apex Cards may amend or end the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control require it, and will announce any change on its social pages.
